Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Nader, we aim to provide expedited delivery services, setting ourselves apart by offering faster delivery times than the industry average. Delivery times for each product are specified on the product page, as our items are made to order, resulting in unique delivery timelines for each product. On average, orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Fast Delivery: We strive to expedite our shipping process to ensure your furniture reaches you swiftly. Delivery times vary based on the product’s availability and manufacturing requirements. Specific delivery estimates are provided on each product page.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are completely free on Nader.

  • Delivery Partners: We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your furniture. You will be notified of your order's progress and provided with tracking information once your item is dispatched.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Nader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: Items purchased on Nader cannot be returned since every item is made-to-order. Only defected items may returned. 

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the stipulated return period. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. You can send an email to info@nader.ae.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on the payment processor's policies.

5 Year Warranty

Nader* 5-Year Warranty*

At Nader * we are committed to providing high-quality furniture designed to enhance the comfort and style of your home. We stand by the craftsmanship of our products and offer a limited 5-year warranty on all sofas purchased from us, effective from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered:
This limited warranty covers internal structural issues specifically related to the frame or foam of your sofa. If, within five years of purchase, you experience problems with the internal structure of your sofa due to manufacturing defects, Nader* will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.

What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does *not* cover the following:

  • *Flooding:* Any damage caused by water or flooding.
  • Fabric Stains and Damage:* Any damage to the fabric, including stains, tears, or fading.
  • *House Fires:* Any damage resulting from house fires or other external causes.
  • *External Damage:* Any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or external factors beyond our control.
  • *Self-Inflicted Damage:* Any damage caused by improper use, such as jumping on the sofa, dragging it, or using it in a manner not intended for a sofa.

 

  • Additional Terms:
    - This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
    - Proof of purchase is required to make any claims under this warranty.
    - Nader*  reserves the right to determine whether the issue is covered under the terms of this warranty.
    - If the product or the covered components are no longer available, Nader* reserves the right to replace the defective product or part with a similar item of equal or greater value.

How to Make a Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@nader.ae with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
