Most custom pieces are crafted and delivered within 14–21 working days from the time your order is confirmed. We'll keep you updated at every stage, from workshop to your door. Bulk and trade orders are managed by your dedicated account manager.
Can I choose my own fabric and dimensions?
Absolutely. That's the whole point of Nader. Every piece is fully customisable: fabric, colour, size, configuration, even details like leg finish. If you're unsure where to start, our designers will guide you through every option.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is free on qualifying orders, and we'll confirm your delivery window once your piece is ready.
What if I'm not happy with what I receive?
Your satisfaction is everything to us. If there's an issue with your order, a manufacturing defect or anything that isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. No runaround, no hassle.
