Terms and Conditions for Nader
By using the Nader website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.
2. Use of Website: You agree to use the Nader website for lawful purposes only and not engage in activities that may hinder the website’s functionality or compromise its security.
3. Product Information: While we strive to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, prices, and availability displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Orders and Payments: Placing an order on Nader constitutes an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Payments made on our website are secure and processed through trusted payment gateways.
5. Delivery Timeframes & Made-to-Order Products:
5.1 Estimates only. All delivery timeframes quoted by Nader — including the general guide of 14–21 working days and any timeframe shown on a product page, at checkout, or in any communication — are good-faith estimates only. They are not guarantees, do not form part of any binding contractual commitment, and time shall not be of the essence. During busy or peak periods — for example seasonal demand or high order volumes — the estimated lead time may extend to approximately 21–29 working days, and you accept that such an extension does not constitute a breach of contract.
5.2 Handmade, made to order. Our furniture is handmade and produced to order. Because each piece is crafted individually and finished by hand, some orders require additional time to complete to our quality standards. You acknowledge and accept that the craftsmanship, hand-finishing, fabric and material selection, customisation and quality-control of made-to-order items may reasonably extend the estimated timeframe.
5.3 Working days. References to “working days” mean standard business days and exclude weekends, public holidays in the United Arab Emirates, and any days on which our workshop or delivery partners do not operate.
5.4 Delays. Estimated timeframes may be affected by factors including (without limitation) the handcrafted nature of the products, customisation requirements, the availability of materials or fabrics, quality-control checks, delivery-partner scheduling, access at the delivery address, and events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). A delay in delivery, of itself, shall not constitute a breach of contract by Nader.
5.5 Reasonable delays. As our products are made to order, and save for any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, an estimated timeframe being exceeded does not, by itself, entitle you to cancel or reject the order, to withhold, charge back or reverse payment, to claim a refund, discount or compensation, or to return the item (please also see our Delivery & Returns and Warranty policies). We will keep you informed of your order’s progress and work in good faith to deliver as promptly as possible.
5.6 Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including loss of time, opportunity or inconvenience — arising from any delay in delivery.
5.7 Acceptance. By placing an order with Nader, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these delivery terms, including that a handmade item may require additional time beyond the estimated 7–14 working days. 6. Intellectual Property: The content, design, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Nader website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without our explicit written permission.
7. Liability Limitation: Nader shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
9. Changes to Terms: Nader reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
