Delivery Timelines: Please note all our delivery timelines are estimated and whilst we strive to meet those delivery timelines, they remain estimates, and occasionally they are subject to change or delay due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Nader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since everything is made to order, we do not accept returns unless your item is damaged.

Return Eligibility: Items purchased on Nader cannot be returned since every item is made-to-order. Only damaged items may returned.
Customised Items: Any customised items cannot be returned, even if one measurement has been changed from the website product. Unless the product is damaged.
