Mountains, coastline, and a steady flow of new villa communities — Ras Al Khaimah's homes ask for furniture that's generous, durable, and built to host.
Ras Al Khaimah is the northernmost emirate, and probably the most dramatic. Its eastern half rises into the Hajar mountains — the Jebel Jais peak at 1,934 metres is the UAE's highest, and the world's longest zipline runs from its summit down 2.83km to a viewing platform halfway down the mountain. Its western half stretches along the Gulf coast, where the long tidal beaches and the coral-shaped reclaimed islands of Al Marjan have hosted a wave of new beach hotels — and where Wynn's first regional integrated resort is now under construction.
RAK has historically been the quiet, residential, second-home alternative to Dubai. Many of our RAK customers are families with primary homes in Dubai or Abu Dhabi who keep a beachfront or mountain-edge property in RAK for weekends — and the briefs reflect that. Larger pieces, generous proportions, more leather and natural wood, often a more masculine palette. Boutique-hotel operators are also a meaningful slice of our RAK trade work, particularly along the Al Hamra and Al Marjan coastlines.
The emirate has been growing steadily — Mina Al Arab on the northern coast, the new Al Marjan island resorts, the Khuzam villa community on the inland edge — and we make the run north regularly. White-glove delivery is the same as elsewhere in the UAE; mountain-edge homes typically get one or two extra days for access scheduling.
From the coast to the mountain.
Along the coast, we deliver furniture in Al Hamra Village through the long-established residential and golf-course community at the southern end of the RAK coastline — private beach, marina, and a steady stream of villa and townhouse phases. Just north, the orders for furniture in Al Marjan Island ship into the coral-shaped reclaimed cluster hosting Wynn's regional resort and an expanding row of beach hotels and serviced apartments. Furniture in Mina Al Arab ships through the newer waterfront masterplan further north — the Bermuda villas, Marbella townhouses and Hayat Island apartments make up most of what we deliver there.
Closer to the city centre, we deliver furniture in Julphar Towers through the high-rise apartments along the creek, alongside furniture in Dafan Al Khor, the older mixed-use district that wraps around. Inland, customers ordering furniture in Khuzam are in the newer villa community at the foot of the Hajar foothills, alongside the orders for furniture in Al Nakheel. Out toward the Omani border, we ship furniture in Al Rams and furniture in Khor Khwair into the more traditional fishing-village and industrial-port communities, alongside furniture in Seih Al Burairat on the inland plain.
