Section 01

Ordering + payment.

How long does an order take?

Most custom pieces are crafted and delivered within 7-14 days from the time your order is confirmed.

What's your minimum order?

None — a single armchair or a full villa fit-out, the workshop treats both the same. Lead times scale with order size; bulk orders may also unlock trade pricing (see the partner programme).

How do I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and 4-instalment interest-free via Tabby.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Get in touch with the team to find out if they have started your order. Once it is in production, we usually don't accept cancellations.

Section 02

Customisation.

Can I change the dimensions?

Yes. Length, depth, height, seat height, arm style, leg style — almost everything is open. Use the "Customise & order online" link on each product page, or WhatsApp us with a measurement and a brief.

Section 03

Delivery + assembly.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is free on qualifying orders, and we'll confirm your delivery window once your piece is ready.

What does white-glove delivery include?

A two-person crew unwraps the piece in your room, assembles it on the spot, positions it where you want, removes all packaging, and answers any care questions before leaving. No flat-pack assembly required.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

To KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain on a case-by-case basis — usually for trade projects and full villa orders. WhatsApp the team with your address and we'll quote the logistics specifically.

What if my piece won't fit through the door?

Please check all dimensions of your order and your service lift in your building or the door of your villa before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm everything will fit before production starts.

Warranty + care.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every Nader piece is backed by a 5-year structural warranty covering the internal frame, joinery, and springs. Fabric, stains and customer-caused damage are not covered. Full details on the warranty page.

What if I'm not happy with what I receive?

Your satisfaction is everything to us. If there's an issue with your order, a manufacturing defect or anything that isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. No runaround, no hassle.

How do I clean my Nader piece?

Each fabric family (velvet, leather, bouclé, cotton) and finish (wood, stone) has its own care routine. Read the full care guide for details, or WhatsApp us with a specific question.

Fabrics + materials.

How many fabrics do you have?

Tens of thousands. The popular colours and materials are listed on our website, but we work with a much broader library. If you'd like to browse the full range, visit our showroom in person, or message us if you have something specific in mind and we'll see what we can source.

How do I pick the right fabric for my piece?

Tell us how the piece will be used and where it will live. A family living room, a quiet study, a sun-facing room, a kids' den, a formal dining setup, all suit different fabrics. Our team will help guide you to the right options for your space.

Can I see fabrics in person before ordering?

Yes. Visit our Sharjah showroom to see, touch, and compare materials in person, in the light they'll live in. WhatsApp us to let us know you're coming so the team can have your shortlist ready when you arrive.

Trade + partner programmes.

Do you have a designer / trade programme?

Yes — three programmes in fact. Content creator (10% off / 5% commission), interior designer with trade licence (10% off / 7–15% commission, tiered), and showroom + wholesale (up to 25% trade discount, bespoke terms).

What do I need to apply as a designer?

An active UAE trade licence (or equivalent professional credentials for studios outside the UAE) and a portfolio link. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.
