Furniture in Fujairah

Furniture for the east coast.

Fujairah is the only emirate facing the Indian Ocean. The homes there reflect that — calmer, more private, the colour palette pulled directly from the Hajar mountains and the dive coast.

Fujairah is the only emirate that doesn't sit on the Persian Gulf — its 90km coastline faces east into the Gulf of Oman, the open Indian Ocean. The Hajar mountains run the length of the emirate, dropping abruptly into the sea, and the towns along the coast — Dibba, Khor Fakkan, Fujairah City, Kalba — are dive and fishing communities first, residential second. Snoopy Island, the small dive site off Sandy Beach Hotel, is the most-photographed natural feature of the emirate.

Al Bidya Mosque, the oldest mosque in the country, sits inland on the road between Dibba and Fujairah City. It dates back to about 1446 and has been carefully restored — small enough to walk around in five minutes, but unmistakably the oldest standing mosque in the UAE. The Hajar mountains behind it have some of the country's best off-road drives and wadi hikes.

Most of our Fujairah work is residential — beach-edge villas in Al Aqah, mountain-edge homes around Dibba, and a slow but steady stream of Fujairah City apartments. Briefs are quieter than the rest of the country: more linen, more natural wood, smaller proportions, less ornament. We make the cross-country trip on a scheduled rota; lead times match the rest of the UAE.

Nader furniture delivered in Fujairah
FujairahFujairah

Along the east coast.

We deliver furniture in Fujairah City through the southern end of the coast — the main residential and government centre, with the Fujairah Fort, the Heritage Village and the corniche promenade. North of it, the orders for furniture in Al Aqah ship into the beach-resort strip, home to Le Méridien Al Aqah, the Royal Beach Hotel, Sandy Beach with Snoopy Island offshore, and a row of mountain-backed villas we've been delivering into for years.

Customers ordering furniture in Al Bidya, just north of Al Aqah, are typically in the quieter cluster of beachfront homes near the country's oldest mosque. Furniture in Dibba ships through the very northern tip of the emirate — the dhow port, the dive operators, and the older coastal villages. We also deliver furniture in Khor Fakkan — technically a Sharjah enclave on the east coast — through the cliff-edged port town with one of the prettiest natural harbours in the country and the new Khor Fakkan Waterfall on its inland edge. Furniture in Sakamkam ships into the quieter residential pocket between Khor Fakkan and the mountains.

Pieces we deliver most in Fujairah.

Quieter homes, smaller proportions, more linen and natural fabrics — these four reflect what we ship to the east coast.
