Day 0
Order confirmed
Fabric and dimensions confirmed by phone or photo. Order enters the workshop queue. Confirmation email with timeline lands the same day.

Days 1 – 5
Frame built
Wood is cut, joined, and the frame is assembled. We'll email you a photo of your specific frame on completion.

Days 5 – 12
Upholstery + fabric
Springs are hand-tied, cushions stuffed, your chosen fabric cut and applied. This is the longest single stage.

Days 12 – 18
Quality check + finishing
The piece is reviewed twice on the finishing station, every seam re-checked, packaging-wrapped. Photo confirmation sent to you.

Days 18 – 25
White-glove delivery
Our logistics team schedules a 2-hour delivery window with you. Two-person crew unwraps, assembles, and removes all packaging on arrival.
